Waroon is responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence, and monitoring investments across private equity and private debt. Prior to joining Sarona, he gained experience at Theia Ventures and LetsVenture, focusing on early-stage investments in ClimateTech, FinTech, and B2B SaaS. Earlier in his career, Waroon worked as an investment banker at Eos Capital, where he successfully executed renewable energy and infrastructure deals, raised substantial capital, and contributed to strategic growth initiatives.
Waroon earned a BA in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and an MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He has also passed the CFA Level I and Level II exams.
